Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Home Suites Giolitti, I found a combination of comfort and value that truly appealed to my inner wanderer. Nestled conveniently near Roma Termini, it was an easy 12-minute stroll from the train station-definitely a plus for a landscape photographer like myself, always ready to capture the perfect shot! The housekeeping was efficient, with clean rooms equipped with air conditioning for those warm Roman days, and the soundproofed design ensured a peaceful night's sleep, crucial for anyone wanting to rise early for the sunrise. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the electric kettle and well-stocked toiletries, which added that touch of homeliness. The breakfast vouchers for the nearby café provided a delightful start to the day-a solid espresso and pastry before heading out to explore. While my budget-conscious heart appreciated the financial wisdom of staying here, I did miss a mini-bar for late-night snacks after a day wandering the city. Both Sophia and Roberto, the hosts, were incredibly accommodating, which added a personal touch to the experience. Home Suites Giolitti strikes a good balance between luxury and affordability, making it a wise choice for travelers keen on exploring Rome without breaking the bank.
